She therefore consumes a correspondingly large quantity of royal jelly every day.
In this way, the royal jelly secreted by nurse bees and consumed by the queen is ultimately transformed into three-day-old bee larvae, which may potentially develop into worker bees, drones, or new queens.
It is remarkable how a diet consisting exclusively of royal jelly positively affects the queen bee’s development, activity, and exceptional longevity. The queen bee is larger than a worker bee. She flies only rarely, primarily for her mating flight, after which her entire life is devoted to feeding and laying eggs.

How Should Royal Jelly Be Consumed?
Royal jelly is preferably consumed pure in the morning, using the small blue measuring spoon provided or another similar spoon.
